DoreenKILBURN(née Gratton) (Ponteland)
Died at home on 29th April, aged 84 years.
Deeply loved wife of the late Alan, and a devoted mother to Matthew and Jessica. Beloved by her late parents, Richard and Elizabeth Gratton of Thornley, Co. Durham, and by her late brother Eddie, sister June, sister-in-law Margaret, and all the family.
A funeral service, to which all are welcome, will be held on Friday 22 May at 2:15pm in Ponteland Methodist Church, followed by a short service at 3:30pm at West Road Crematorium, Newcastle NE5 2JL. Refreshments will be served after the funeral in Ponteland Methodist Church.
Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Research UK. A collection box will be available in the church on the day.
Matthew and Jessica would like to thank all the carers, nurses and doctors who helped them to look after Doreen at home.
